PVC Compound Mixer with Automatic Batching System

This batching system is PLC controlled and fully automatic with load cells, bucket elevators, storage vessels and such other arrangements for accurate weighing and feeding of different ingredients of PVC compound automatically to the mixing vessel as per predetermined feeding programme. The chemicals in required quantum automatically fed to the mixing vessel are properly stirred and mixed together in the mixing vessel and got ready for feeding to the Tufting machine.
